Welcome to the website for the Walton and District Allotment and Garden Society.
The Society is run for the benefit of its members providing expert horticultural
advice together with our own shop supplying all gardening needs. We also organise
the letting of allotments, outings, and an annual show.
This is our Headquarters where we stock an excellent range of composts, fertilisers
and garden sundries. A local nursery grows vegetable plants especially for us to
sell. We are open for members on Thursday from 10.00am until 11.30am and on Saturday
from 9.30am until Noon. See Trading Hut page.
We are currently planning our 2017 program which will include Highclere Castle (Downton
Abbey) and Sandham Memorial Chapel. Full details will appear on our Outings page
once plans are finalized. Venues visited in 2016 - Blenheim Palace, Compton Verney,
Charlecote Park, Brogdale Fruit Collection, Belmont House, Hever Castle and finally
